Requests are reviewed case by case. We may consider unused balance, duplicate purchases, payment errors, fraud signals, and account activity.
Approved refunds may revoke unused paid credits associated with the purchase.
No outcome guarantee
The workspace provides AI-generated content for reflection and decision-support. We do not promise outcomes.
Dissatisfaction with a response does not automatically qualify as a refundable technical issue.
